The role balances strategic input with hands-on delivery and operational accountability. The role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery and performance of Workplace services in a global enterprise environment, including close coordination with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and outsourced partners. A strong focus lies on ensuring stable operations, service quality, and continuous improvement aligned with agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities - Service Ownership & Vendor Management: own and coordinate the delivery of Workplace services, steer external providers, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and manage escalations. - Workplace Services Scope: Manage and evolve a broad portfolio of Workplace services, covering end-user devices, software lifecycle, collaboration platforms, and related workplace technologies. - Solution Delivery & Transformation: Drive and support Workplace initiatives and continuous improvements across modern workplace technologies and services. - Demand & Implementation: Translate business needs into workplace solutions and support their delivery and adoption. - Continuous Improvement: Monitor service performance and drive optimization initiatives to enhance user experience. - Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate standards, security policies, and IT governance.
