You will ensure that diesel engines, heavy transport vehicles, or industrial installations remain in top condition. You will be the driving force behind complex technical solutions. what we offer • An excellent salary of € 20,16 gross per hour • Working hours in the day shift from 07:00 to 15:30 • Immediate stable, full-time job for 40 hours • Travel for free with the convenient DAF bus scheme • An agency contract through Randstad • Start working at a large automotive company who are you As a diesel mechanic at DAF, you recognize yourself in the following points: • You have training or work experience in repairing or overhauling diesel engines • You speak Dutch or English • You are available during the day shift from 07:00 to 15:30 • You are available full-time for 40 hours per week • You are willing to work in Eindhoven what will you do As a diesel mechanic, you start your workday at 7:00 AM. You begin with a brief briefing and a good cup of coffee with your team. Afterward, you immediately get to work independently on the engine blocks. You disassemble used engines with extreme precision and inspect every part for wear. Next, you reassemble the repaired components into a perfectly functioning unit. Because various departments within the overhaul workshop work closely together, you regularly liaise with colleagues to monitor quality. Your productive workday ends at 3:30 PM. • You dismantle used diesel engines • You install reconditioned parts according to quality standards • You convert engines according to customer specifications where will you work You will be working at DAF Trucks in Eindhoven, a globally renowned player in the truck market.
