About the company A profitable healthtech scale-up based in the heart of Rotterdam, founded a few years ago and already serving tens of thousands of customers across Europe. They combine medical expertise with smart technology to make healthcare more accessible, personal and digital. The tech team is being built up right now, so you join early enough to leave your mark on how things are done. The culture is fast-paced with short lines, lots of ownership and no corporate layers. The working language is English. Hybrid setup: two days per week at the Rotterdam office, the rest remote. What we are looking for Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer or Cloud Engineer with AWS, Azure or GCP. Hands-on experience with security topics: IAM, access management, infrastructure hardening, working with sensitive or regulated data. Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment is a strong plus. Affinity or hands-on experience with AI infrastructure or deploying AI workloads is a strong plus. A systems thinker: you understand how infrastructure, security and product connect, and you can explain your reasoning.
