Jij zorgt samen met collega's voor een scherpe en realistische sales forecast voor de komende 12 tot 18 maanden. Die forecast is dé basis voor productieplanning en financiële analyses. Jij weet wat er speelt in de markt, vertaalt trends naar inzichten en duikt in de data om tot de juiste voorspellingen te komen. Je hebt een onafhankelijke positie, werkt nauw samen met de Managing Director en schakelt veel met Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing en Finance om tot de beste forecast te komen. Wat ga je doen? • Je stelt maandelijks een scherpe en realistische sales forecast op in samenwerking met Sales, volgens de Integrated Business Planning-cyclus. • Je zit er kort op: samen met Supply Planning tackle je issues in de wekelijkse demand control meetings en met Finance faciliteer je het Demand Management Review. Binnen Sales pak jij de lead in reviews en ga je het gesprek aan over afwijkingen en forecast volumes. • Je analyseert data en vertaalt deze naar heldere KPI-rapportages en dashboards voor stakeholders. • Je signaleert continu verbeterkansen in het demand proces en zet deze om in concrete verbetervoorstellen én acties. • Je houdt overzicht op de product life cycles en speelt hier proactief op in, samen met Sales & Marketing. Dit ben jij • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Supply/Demand Planning binnen FMCG. • Je hebt ervaring met forecastings, systemen, processen en statistische modellen. • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt vooruit in oplossingen. • Je houdt mensen scherp: je neemt plannen kritisch onder de loep, spreekt je uit en bent een stevige gesprekspartner aan tafel. Tegelijk bouw je makkelijk relaties op in cross-functionele teams. • Je communiceert sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels.
