Demand Insights & S&OP Specialist
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Demand Insights & S&OP Specialist, you play a critical role in owning demand forecasts for the Benelux portfolio, integrating market insights, enabling cross-functional alignment with commercial teams and the central demand planning hub to deliver accurate and reliable forecasts supporting business performance.
You will be reporting to Demand Insights & S&OP Senior Manager, and you will manage:
1. Demand forecasting ownership (Benelux Consumer Beauty):
• Own the end-to-end forecast for the Benelux portfolio, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Manage innovation forecasting for all new product launches and service rounds for customers
• Plan promotional activities and product sets, translating business inputs into forecast assumptions
• Maintain forecasts in systems, integrating insights and ensuring proper evaluation
• Provide quantified input (e.g. promotions, distribution changes, delisting, customer events) to enrich forecasts
2. S&OP & stakeholder interface:
• Actively participate in the local S&OP process, supporting value-based planning and decision making
• Act as the key interface between Sales, Marketing and the central demand planning hub
• Consolidate and communicate market insights, risks and opportunities to central planning
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure forecast alignment with financial planning
• Support forecast validation and reasonability checks in collaboration with the hub
3. Portfolio insights, collaboration & planning processes:
• Manage demand planning inputs for customization and displays (e.g. blistering)
• Collaborate with central teams on forecast accuracy, KPI performance and insight quality
• Contribute to forecast drivers and inputs used in planning systems
• Support cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales and supply teams
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in forecasting and planning processes
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a data-driven and detail-oriented supply chain professional, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are analytical, collaborative, and able to work under pressure in a highly cross-functional role.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in demand or supply planning
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate business input into forecasts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inputs from cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working with Power BI
