As a Delivery Assistent, you will deliver fresh products to hotels, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality businesses together with a driver. You start early in the morning and usually finish around 16:00, leaving you with plenty of time in the evening. Description As a Delivery Assistent, you support the driver with preparing and completing the daily delivery route. Your working day starts between 05:00 and 07:00 at the company location. At the beginning of your shift, you discuss the route with the driver and load the truck together. Once everything is ready, you leave to deliver fresh products to customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias and cafés. During the route, you help unload the products and make sure every order is delivered to the correct customer on time. Because you regularly meet customers, it is important that you are friendly, helpful and professional. After completing the route, you return to the company location. Your working day usually finishes between 14:00 and 16:00. This is an active and physical position where you work closely with the driver. No two days are exactly the same, as you visit different customers and locations during every route. About the client The company is a large Dutch food wholesaler that supplies fresh products to customers in the hospitality industry. Every day, orders are prepared and delivered to hotels, restaurants, cafés and other businesses throughout the Netherlands.
