What will be your role?
As a Dealer Manager South East Europe, you will play a key role in the development of Bollegraaf's rapidly evolving Equipment Commercial Unit. You will be responsible for growing our equipment business across the region by strengthening relationships with dealers, agents, and partners and identifying opportunities in the waste recycling market.
Your focus is on developing sales activities across the assigned territories, including channel sales, market knowledge, project opportunities, and customer interaction, with a strong focus on dealer and (KAC) direct sales. You create and implement sales strategies, support partners and agents, and help drive commercial growth across the region.
Working closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams, you provide commercial and technical support to help win projects and strengthen Bollegraaf's market position in South East Europe.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives in the assigned territories, either autonomously or in coordination with the local dealer structure.
• Build, support, and strengthen relationships with dealers, agents, and commercial partners across the region.
• Support and guide partners, dealers, and agents by providing information about applications, competitors, prices, and tactics to help win projects.
• Scout for leads to generate new opportunities in the assigned territories and explore different market sub-segments.
• Create relevant offers and negotiate with customers and partners.
• Manage the assigned annual budget related to the territory of responsibility.
• Maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM system and provide long-term visibility to support commercial planning.
• Monitor market developments, trends, and competitor activity to support future sales activities and identify growth opportunities.
Report on planned and ongoing activities, customer and partner projects, trials, and market developments.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support strong commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
Who are you?
You are a commercially driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and technical understanding. You enjoy working in an international environment and know how to build strong partnerships with dealers, agents, and customers. With your structured approach and strong communication skills, you are able to identify opportunities and support successful sales activities in competitive markets.
• 5+ years of experience as a Dealer Sales Manager, or in a similar position, within waste recycling equipment technology.
• Good knowledge of the recycling industry and experience with balers, screens, dedusting air sifting systems, or complementary equipment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written (presentations, emails) and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
• Good proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally up to 70% of the time.
• Fluent in English; an additional language is considered an advantage.
High school diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales/Communication, or Business Management is preferred.
