As a Data Scientist, you develop solutions that drive smarter decisions, operational excellence, and measurable impact across one of Europe's fastest‑growing retailers. In this role, you help teams embrace data‑driven decision‑making and deliver solutions that positively impact daily operations. What will you do? · Translate business questions into testable analytical objectives. · Perform preliminary data engineering work by collecting, cleaning, and preparing structured and unstructured data, to enable modelling. · Build descriptive and diagnostic insights by performing exploratory data analyses. · Design production ready, integrated data science solutions by collaborating with solution architects. · Develop or improve these solutions by applying statistical, ML, DL or GenAI techniques where appropriate. · Productionize data science solutions following MLOps/LLMOps principles. You will deploy the solutions via scheduled workflow jobs, containerized APIs (e.g. Docker), or interactive apps. · Set up monitoring for accuracy, drift, and system performance. · Collaborate with Technology and with business teams in Supply Chain, Commerce, Store Operations, and Real Estate to embed solutions into daily operations.
