About the team As a Data scientist you will be working on Research and Development tasks to improve our Asset Health product (SAM4), in a cross-functional product team composed of ESA specialists (electrical signature analysis) and other Data scientists. Your challenge - Develop and validate algorithms or models for fault detection and trend analysis that scale to production. - Analyze complex time-series data from thousands of industrial assets. - Evaluate model impact beyond the experiment scope, considering interpretability, maintainability, and measurable benefit for users. - Collaborate with other engineers to define deployment, retraining, and monitoring requirements for reliable long-term operation. - Contribute to shared frameworks and standards that improve cycle time for the entire machine learning eco-system at Samotics. - Balance exploratory research with practical delivery, pursuing new ideas in a way that minimizes risk and optimizes value gain.
