Data Management Data Management Consultant You help organizations professionalize their Business Data Management. You guide clients in solving complex data issues and ensure that data management becomes firmly embedded in their organization. You switch effortlessly between team and strategic level and deliver immediate impact with your knowledge and approach. What will you do? In this role, you smoothly switch between strategy and daily practice. You advise organizations on optimizing their data processes and help them improve data-driven decision-making, process optimization or data governance. You analyze existing processes and systems, give advice for improvement and lead workshops or training sessions to help the organization grow. You introduce and implement solutions and tools that ensure more efficient business processes. With your sharp analysis and practical solutions, always tailored to the customer, you make the difference. What do you bring? - A completed HBO+ working and thinking level. - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as reporting specialist, data analyst or business analyst. - Thorough knowledge of data management and reporting and analysis tools (such as Tableau, Qlik Sense or Power BI). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and the drive to take on technical challenges. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and domain knowledge (finance, HR) are a plus. - Experience within a specific domain such as the central government, public sector or energy sector is a plus.
