The position In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing operational processes across three Dutch R&D locations. You will ensure that data, planning and execution are fully aligned and provide the organization with analyses, models and insights that support informed decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues from Breeding, Traits & Technology, Operations and Finance, while acting as a trusted partner to site managers and the international R&D team. What will you do? As a Data Analyst R&D Operations & Planning, you will help ensure that available resources, capacity and activities are planned and utilized as effectively as possible. You will analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities and develop models that contribute to operational excellence.
