As a Data Engineer, you play a key role in turning data into reliable and valuable solutions for the business. You design, build and maintain modern data products that help teams make better decisions and create impact across the organisation. Working with technologies such as Databricks and DBT, you ensure data is accessible, trusted and ready for future innovation. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and data specialists to understand challenges and translate them into scalable solutions. In this role, you help strengthen the foundation for data driven decision making and enable the responsible use of advanced analytics and AI capabilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Createvaluable data structures. - Build Data and AI products that support critical decision making. - Guide business stakeholders towards effective and responsible use of Data and AI capabilities. - Promote awareness and build capability by developing guidelines, conducting training, and engaging stakeholders. - Serve as a trusted advisor for both business and technical teams on responsible AI practices, data management, and governance requirements.
