Dairy Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team and partner with an established and growing customer base of valued local producers! This position requires someone who is energetic, passionate about people, the animal nutrition industry, and can take great care of the customers we serve. You will be expected to conduct all matters in a manner consistent with the company's Corporate Values of Innovation, Caring, Capable, and Collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build committed and long-term partnerships with customers. • Responsible for growing the business portfolio within the region. • In conjunction with nutrition team, responsible for balancing diets and provide on-farm consultation to maximize productivity and profitability for our producers. • Support cross sectional team members in ensuring customer satisfaction. • Develop positive relationships with industry professionals and producers. • Provide strategic business planning input as requested. • Portray an image of leadership and service to the and feed industry. • Act as a Trouw Nutrition representative at customer events, tradeshows and conferences. • Perform other duties as required. PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA: • Diploma or BSc in agricultural science or relevant degree.
