About the Role As an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export (Level 3) , you will coordinate the end-to-end movement of pharmaceutical products across global markets. You will manage customer orders, import/export documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics activities while ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP regulations and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end customer orders and global import/export shipments. - Prepare shipping documentation and monitor deliveries. - Resolve logistics and transportation issues with internal teams and logistics partners. - Coordinate product returns and support cross-functional supply chain projects. - Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards and company procedures. - Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to KPI reporting. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import/Export, or Customer Service, or a Master's degree in a relevant field. - Experience within a GMP/GDP-regulated industry is preferred. - Knowledge of international logistics, import/export operations, and ERP systems (SAP or similar). - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
