What you'll do • Provide the necessary help to solve all customer’s technical issues, through phone and email; • Be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues; • Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues; • Make an effort to regained customer’s confidence in the brand; • Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs; • Have a central role within the internal organization. What you'll need • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C2); • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); • Experience in Technical Support (1 year minimum); • Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; • Ability to solve technical issues creatively; • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers; • Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective.
