Customer Support German/Polish/English - FMCG

Client Details Your new employer is an international organization active within the consumer products industry. The European market is supported from the European headquarters in Central Netherlands (Tiel region, easily accessible). You will join a close-knit Customer Support team, where collaboration and clear communication are central. Description As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for dealers and end users. You ensure that inquiries are handled correctly, courteously, and efficiently. Your responsibilities: • You are the first point of contact for dealers and end users via telephone and email • You manage and handle customer inquiries and service requests via a ticketing system • You ensure clear and customer-oriented communication in Polish, German & English • You monitor the progress of outstanding inquiries and ensure proper follow-up • You identify recurring questions or bottlenecks and discuss them internally • You report to the Team Leader Customer Support Profile Together with the line manager, we have drawn up the following profile: • MBO working and thinking level, obtained through education or work experience • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar service-oriented role. (This may also be in a retail environment). • Experience with Office 365 and preferably with a ticketing system or CRM • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Fluent command of the English, Poloish & German languages • You are service-oriented, organized, and stress-resistant • Ideally, you live within a 30-minute travel time of the work location • We are always open to unconventional profiles, so click apply if in doubt!
