As a Customer Support Agent in Athens, you combine work with pleasure. You will work in an international team for major brands. You speak Spanish with customers daily, while leveling up your English skills on the work floor. Don't worry about the start: your flight, hotel, and administration are completely taken care of. Your tasks? - Supporting Spanish-speaking customers via phone and email; - Analyzing and directly solving technical issues; - Accurately tracking customer interactions in the system; - Collaborating with international colleagues in English; - Striving for maximum customer satisfaction with every contact. You are a helpful person who loves assisting others. You speak and write Spanish fluently, and you can make yourself well understood in English. Because you work in a dynamic environment, you are flexible to work different shifts. You are at least 18 years old and ready to seek out the Greek sun for at least twelve months.
