We are a global manufacturing company looking for a new team member to join our Customer Service team. This is an office-based role based either in Eindhoven, the Netherlands or Timisoara, Romania at the Isho Offices. What You Will Do - Build trust-based partnerships with customers and colleagues, acting with integrity and respect in every interaction. - Proactively communicate relevant updates to customers, helping to manage expectations and offering suitable solutions whenever possible. - Review backlogs and forecasts to support customers in reaching their operational and business goals. - Coordinate special shipping arrangements with manufacturing divisions, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfilment. - Collaborate closely with your peers and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders - including customers, Sales, Global Planning, production plants, and warehouses worldwide - to support the successful fulfilment of customer orders. - Take ownership of the end-to-end process by gathering feedback, analyzing cases, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer interaction.
