We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Officer to join the International Customer Care team. In this role, you will focus mainly on order management and customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced and international environment and have your own customer portfolio. As a Customer Services Officer, you make sure that customers receive excellent service and that orders are handled correctly from start to finish. Your main tasks will be: - Managing customer orders from order to delivery (order‑to‑cash process); - Being the main contact for customers in your own portfolio; - Answering customer questions, mainly by email and sometimes by phone; - Checking deliveries, handling returns and following a clean desk procedure; - Working closely with Sales, Logistics and Planning teams; - Solving customer issues in a professional and friendly way; - Building long‑term relationships with customers. No day is the same, and you will work with colleagues and customers from many different countries.
