As a Logistics Support Specialist, you are the key point of contact for customers and partners. You stay in control, think ahead, and ensure everything runs smoothly, even in high-pressure situations. You act as the vital link between customers, operations, and carriers. Challenges? Omschrijving • Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers (phone & email); • Receive and process transport orders from start to finish; • Monitor shipments and take action when needed; • Identify disruptions and solve issues proactively; • Advise customers on their logistics needs and think along with them; • Ensure accurate and timely administration. Profiel van kandidaat You're someone who brings calm to busy situations and always stays one step ahead. • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; • Ability to switch quickly and stay sharp under pressure; • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset; • MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent; • Experience or affinity with logistics / supply chain is a plus; • Commercial mindset with an eye for opportunities; • Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
