Client Details We are an international chemical supplier which was founded 50 years ago in America. In the mean time it has grown to other countries and we are now working together with 220 colleagues worldwide. The founders and family are still within the company which makes it an entrepreneurial workplace. Our headquarters EMEA is located in Breda and we are currently working with 20 colleagues on the growth of our company. Description Work as a customer service logistics professional: • Manage and coordinate logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Provide exceptional customer service by onboarding new customers and addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • You show ownership in the relationship with your customers. • Monitor shipment statuses and ensure accurate documentation is maintained. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimise supply chain processes. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • In addition, you actively identify improvement opportunities and take initiative in driving changes within customer service and supply chain processes Profile As customer service logistics professional: • You have a bachelor working and thinking level. • You have experience in customer service within a logistics, production or wholesale company. • Experience within chemicals or food is a plus. • Knowledge of INCO-terms is a plus. • You have strong communication skills and are customer centric. • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to keep on growing with the company. • You are available for 40 hours a week. • You are fluent in English. • You are handy with different software systems such as ERP systems. • You are keen to work in a dynamic working environment. • You are attentive to the details and accurate. • You understand customer service processes but also the implications of supply chain on the order process. Job Offer We offer you: • Salary based on experience, between gross per year • A dynamic job in a friendly and motivated team • Travel allowance; 0.23 cent per km • 8% bonus based on your performance • Full time (40h) position • Ability to work from home • Pension scheme and holidays
