Crossdock Forklift Driver

- Venlo - 40 uur - € 3.150,- per maand Would you like to start with a direct contract? Our client in Venlo is currently looking for a Crossdock Forklift Driver to join their 3-shift operation. What do we offer? • Starting salary of approximately ‚ € 3,150 gross per month, including a 15% shift allowance; • Direct one-year contract with the company; • Travel allowance from 5 km one-way distance; • 22 vacation days for full-time employment, plus 2 additional days for a year without sickness absence; • 32 ADV hours, paid as an additional 1.54% salary through the Individual Choice Budget (IKB); • Participation in a collective pension scheme with an employer contribution of up to 31.5%; • Working in an informal team with short communication lines; • Plenty of room for personal input and creativity. What will you do? - Load and unload trucks, including groupage and general cargo shipments; - Scan goods in and out of the warehouse; - Prepare shipments for dispatch; - Check quantities and inspect goods for damage; - Complete pallet forms and sign transport documents; - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; - Work in a rotating 3-shift schedule: What do you bring? - Experience as a forklift driver; - Experience with loading groupage or general cargo is preferred; - Ability to work safely and accurately; - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts; - Strong organizational skills and logistical insight; - Fluent in Dutch, English, or German.
