As an Coordinator, you play a key role in managing and supporting our temporary workforce. You act as the link between our flex workers and the clients they work for. This hybrid role combines recruitment coordination, logistical planning, and on-the-job coaching to ensure smooth placements and strong working relationships. The working place can be at the office in Emmeloord or at one of our clients.
