As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment. We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Bleiswijk, reporting into the team leader you are their right-hand person, working closely together to ensure the team are working effectively You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team. What's in it for you • Working in an international and rapidly growing organization • Fixed shift 3.30pm until Midnight, Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (evening allowance applies from 9pm) • Supporting a team of approx. 20FTE alongside the team leader • Opportunities for personal development with GXO University and career growth How you'll make an impact • Lead, coach and develop team performance • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and ensure workload accuracy • Ability to take the lead in absence of team leader • Build positive working relations within the team and customer • Support outbound activity, flexing workforce when required • Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment • Participating and identifying Lean initiatives on the shop floor What you'll bring to GXO • Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar industry • Excellent communication skills, customer focused and ability to adapt communication styles • Previous leadership experience • Fluent in English, with Dutch as a preferred • Basic system knowledge, WMS is not essential, training will be provided Your work environment Working at GXO Logistics means being part of a dynamic and international organization where no two days are the same.
