You will work directly with the COO to help rethink how a consultancy organization operates and turn improvement opportunities into real business impact. From smarter staffing decisions and better operational insights to workflow automation and AI-enabled ways of working, you will help shape how Catalyze operates in the years ahead. This is a unique cross-functional role sitting across Consultancy, Business Development and Operations. It combines business operations, systems, operational intelligence, execution and AI-enabled transformation in one scope.
