Conventional Turner

We are looking for an experienced Conventional Turner (m/f) who can work independently, has technical insight and takes pride in producing high-quality work. What will you do? • Carrying out machining operations on a conventional lathe • Manufacture of hydraulic cylinder components to high quality standards • Carrying out routine maintenance on the machine • Performance of general production tasks What are we looking for? • Able to read drawings • A good understanding of how the various machines and materials work • Has a good command of various measurement techniques and is able to use measuring instruments. • Works meticulously and in a structured manner. • Enthusiastic, able to work as part of a team, meticulous, and flexible What do we offer? • One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent role • Day shift • 37.5 hours per week • Salary and days off in accordance with the Metal & Engineering Collective Agreement • 25 days' holiday with the option of up to 8 extra days • Summer and winter bonuses • Training and development opportunities • A clean and safe workplace with good equipment Fancy applying?
