Your Job As a Senior Controller , you are a key finance leader within the Regional Hub, accountable for the integrity, governance, and interpretation of US GAAP and local financial reporting for assigned entities. You act as a trusted partner to the business, providing financial insight, challenge, and decision support across business functions, finance partners, and Koch global organizations. You lead financial interactions with senior stakeholders across entities, business units, and divisions, including Koch global and regional finance leadership, GPOs, Tax and Legal, government authorities, and internal and external auditors. You represent finance with credibility and authority, aligning stakeholders on financial outcomes, risks, and priorities, while directly supervising and developing a team of four Accounting Controllers to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution This role reports to the GBS Regional Hub Finance Manager.
