Als Concerncontroller bij Werkorganisatie BUCH implementeer je de visie op control en versterk je financiën & control. Je adviseert directie, MT en bestuur over sturing, risicobeheersing, rechtmatigheid en P&C-cyclus, en bent aanspreekpunt voor de accountant. Role purpose: Provide group-level financial control, performance insight, and governance to support strategic decision-making, reliable reporting, and compliance across the organization. - Lead consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; ensure accurate group reporting and analysis. - Prepare and validate consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation of group balances. - Deliver management reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and actionable performance commentary. - Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with business units; challenge assumptions and track outcomes. - Maintain and improve financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards; ensure audit readiness. - Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements; liaise with external auditors and advisors. - Drive process automation and continuous improvement in consolidation, reporting, and planning tools. - Partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate investments, business cases, and financial risks/opportunities. - Finance expertise: consolidation, group accounting, management reporting, and financial analysis. - Technical knowledge: IFRS/GAAP principles, internal controls, and audit processes. - Tools: advanced Excel; experience with ERP and consolidation/planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, HFM, Anaplan) preferred. - Capabilities: structured problem-solving, high accuracy, stakeholder management, and clear communication. - Mindset: proactive, improvement-driven, and able to work across multiple entities and deadlines.
