• Company Secretary Location Deurne, The Netherlands Department Legal Share What will you do as Company Secretary? As Company at Ebusco, you are the strategic link between our Management Board, Supervisory Board, and the organization. You combine the sharp legal mind of a corporate lawyer with the organizational strength of an executive assistant. You safeguard our governance, ensure full compliance, and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership. Highlights of your role: • Advising and supporting the Management Board and Supervisory Board with governance, decision-making, and statutory reporting; • Organizing shareholder meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points; • Safeguarding the legal good standing of the holding company and international subsidiaries; • Monitoring and updating governance policies and compliance (including AFM registers and insider trading regulations); • Acting as a contact point for external governance service providers; • Serving as a trusted guardian of integrity, diversity, and non-discrimination. What do we ask from you? • Master's degree in law (preferably corporate law); • At least 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Corporate Secretary, or Board Secretary; • Proven track record in governance, compliance, and managing international entities; • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; • Proactive, structured, discreet, and solution-oriented mindset.
