As a Community & Event Management Intern, you'll become part of the innovation team at High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE), and you'll support the community building & event management of one of Europe's leading innovation ecosystems. As HTCE, we have the ambition to become a prime hotspot for AI & Spatial Computing companies over the next few years. You will contribute to this ambition, with hands-on support of our meetups and partner events, listening to the needs of our residents and improving their experience at our innovation hubs. Our emerging tech hubs are the AI Innovation Center , our hub dedicated to AI and data and 3EALITY , our hub for Spatial Computing/ Extended Reality (XR) and digital technologies. What you'll be working on • You will support and co-organize our events, such as AI meetups, 3EALITY Sessions and partner events • You will make sure that the event spaces are set up in the right way for e.g. keynotes, workshops or networking sessions and you are present during the events • With us, you'll be the glue of our communities, helping to connect the dots between innovators, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts • You will support the identification of startups and founders, that fit into our innovation hubs • You will support our communications, such as supporting LinkedIn posts, sharing community updates or creating content around events • Your commitment will be translated to responsibility - we will guide you, where necessary and trust you to do things yourself, if you like that What we're looking for • You're studying Communication, Event Management, Commercial Economics or a related HBO/WO program • You have an interest in community building, events management and technology • You're proactive, accurate and eager to learn • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and taking ownership of your tasks • You are outgoing, like to interact with people and make them enthusiastic about our innovation hubs • You are comfortable with trying new things and learning from mistakes • Experience with HubSpot, is a plus, but not required What we offer • A varied internship with real responsibility and room for your own ideas • Firsthand learning how to create and grow engaging communities and how to plan and execute impactful events • Experience and learn within a fun team in a super interesting emerging tech environment • The opportunity to work in an international innovation ecosystem with more than 300 technology companies • Guidance from an experienced innovation team • A workplace at the heart of High Tech Campus Eindhoven Practical information • Type of internship: Work placement internship (Meeloopstage) • Start date: September 2026 (or by mutual agreement) • Duration: 5-6 months • Working hours: 32-40 hours per week • Location: High Tech Campus Eindhoven • Internship allowance available Interested?
