As a CNC Miller / CAM Programmer , you'll be responsible for the entire process: from the CAM program to a perfect final product. You'll contribute ideas on machining strategies and have plenty of freedom to make the most of your expertise. Who are you? • At least a completed Level 3 or 4 MBO program in a technical field. • Experience as a CNC Miller (experience as a CNC Miller in precision machining is a plus). • Experience with CAM programming. Do you work with a different CAM package? If so, we'd be happy to train you to work with VISI CAD/CAM and/or Fusion 360 . • You can read technical drawings independently. • You work accurately and independently, and enjoy contributing ideas for improvements. • Knowledge of ASML 's cleanliness guidelines or experience with cleanroom and cleanliness requirements is a plus. If you don't have this experience yet, we'll provide a thorough training program. What we expect from you: • Independently program complex products using VISI CAD/CAM and/or Fusion 360 . • Set up, reconfigure, and operate high-tech CNC milling machines. • Determine the optimal machining strategy, tool selection, and clamping method. • Produce high-quality precision parts with very tight tolerances. • Working in accordance with the cleanliness requirements and quality standards of our high-tech customers, including ASML . • Conducting interim quality checks and preparing measurement reports. • Identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing ideas regarding automation and process improvement. • Ensuring proper maintenance of machines and a safe, tidy workplace.
