Then this job could be perfect for you! Over het werk As a CNC machine operator, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to manufacture high-quality metal components. You will work full-time, usually between 36 and 40 hours per week, in either day shifts or rotating shifts depending on the department. Within this role, there are plenty of opportunities for personal development, such as training courses and technical education. This is a long-term position with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance. You will start your workday by reviewing the production schedule and setting up the CNC machines. You will check technical drawings and ensure that all tools are correctly adjusted. During the day, you will program the machines, monitor the production process, and perform intermediate quality checks using measuring instruments. You will independently solve minor malfunctions and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.
