Cleanroom Operator | Part-time | 12-20 hours per week Are you an (aspiring) precision cleaning specialist looking for an enjoyable part-time job, for example during school hours? Read on to learn more about our vacancy for the position of Clean Room Operator. This is a detail-oriented role in which, after completing an internal training program, you will work closely in a high-tech environment with specialists from Production, Planning, and Logistics. We are looking for an accurate and proactive team player who is committed to delivering high quality. Working hours can be arranged in consultation. Job description A selection of your responsibilities: • Before starting your work, you will change into the required cleanroom clothing. • Cleaning and removing dust and contaminants from metal and plastic precision components using customer-defined cleanliness protocols for the semiconductor and medical industries (for example, Grade 4 and Grade 2 cleaning) with our in-house cleaning equipment. • After cleaning, visually inspecting components using UV lamps and other inspection tools. • Performing flow and helium leak testing on components according to established procedures and using specialized testing equipment. • Dust-free packaging of components, marking them, and recording relevant product information in our ERP system. • Transferring products to assembly colleagues, who will complete the final assembly process. • Delivering individual components and completed assemblies to the shipping department once they have been cleaned, packaged, and registered for customer dispatch. • Setting and monitoring operating parameters of cleaning equipment (cleaning baths, ovens, sealers, flow testers, and leak testers) and maintaining cleanroom conditions in accordance with work instructions. • Communicating and coordinating daily with various departments across the company. • Contributing ideas within continuous improvement teams to help elevate and optimize the overall business process.
