Here's what you'll be doing As a Civil Affairs Specialist, you are the person who tackles the most complex issues within the BRP. These include special updates, foreign source documents and initial registrations. At the same time, you play a key role in the team's further development. With your knowledge and experience, you help colleagues develop professionally and ensure the quality of our services. You'll be working in a municipality where there's a lot going on. Apeldoorn's population is set to grow to 180,000 in the coming years. That means more registrations, more complex issues and a field that's constantly evolving. As a specialist, you'll be given the opportunity to apply your expertise and, together with your colleagues, further develop the team and the services we provide. In practical terms, this means that you will: • implements complex changes to the BRP; • assesses and processes foreign source documents and initial registrations; • supports colleagues with complex issues and actively contributes to their professional development; • identifies bottlenecks in our processes and puts forward suggestions for improvement. Together with the front office, you'll handle the entire process relating to registrations and changes to the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP).
