Key responsibilities - Own end-to-end operational strategy, governance, and execution across the asset management business. - Oversee core operational functions including business management, process optimization, change delivery, and operational risk management. - Ensure strong control frameworks, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with risk, compliance, finance, legal, and technology stakeholders. - Drive transformation initiatives (e.g., operating model improvements, automation, data and reporting enhancements) to increase efficiency and transparency. - Manage budgets, vendor/outsourcing relationships, and service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. - Lead incident management and remediation for operational issues, ensuring root-cause resolution and continuous improvement. - Provide executive reporting and decision support to senior leadership and relevant committees.
