Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Chief Financial & Risk Officer (CFRO) Rabobank Asset Management Role purpose: Lead the finance and risk agenda for Rabobank Asset Management, ensuring robust financial stewardship, effective risk governance, and regulatory compliance while enabling sustainable business growth. - Own financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for Asset Management. - Oversee financial control, accounting policies, and timely, accurate management and statutory reporting. - Lead enterprise risk management, including market, credit, liquidity, operational, model, and conduct risks. - Maintain and enhance risk frameworks, controls, and governance (risk appetite, policies, committees, escalation). - Ensure compliance with relevant supervisory and regulatory requirements and coordinate audits and regulatory interactions. - Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, product governance, and change programs. - Drive data-informed decision-making through KPI design, dashboards, and financial/risk analytics. - Develop and lead high-performing finance and risk teams, including talent development and succession planning.
