Guests come to us for a complete night out: surprising street food dishes from all corners of the world, exotic cocktails, a tropical loft atmosphere, and an energetic ambiance. Our kitchen combines international flavors with quality, creativity, and craftsmanship. From shared dining and global bites to dishes from the Josper charcoal oven; every service is about taste, experience, and hospitality. Monitoring the quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes. Responsible for planning, purchasing, and inventory management. Collaborating with management to surprise guests time and again. You have several years of experience as an independent cook or head chef. You are creative and have an affinity for international cuisines and street food. You are a natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team. You have an eye for detail as well as for the numbers behind the kitchen. Plenty of room for personal input, creativity, and menu development. Working in an atmospheric establishment with a strong character of its own.
