You are now fully up to speed and get to work with the team to have the mise en place work for the next day's breakfast firmly completed. Then it's time to start preparing together for the breaks and lunch of the meeting guests, let's go! Working in our kitchen is real teamwork, you are the extension of the sous-chef and the chef. Together you want one thing: a satisfied guest. This of course also applies to our guests in restaurant EAST. It is nice and busy and when you notice that the restaurant's receipts start to run out, you jump in to support your colleagues. Once calm has returned to the restaurant, it's time to make sure all meeting parties have dinner at the appointed time. The buffets and lunch dishes look top-notch, you tweaked a little here and there to provide the quality we all want to deliver. All went well and after a lunch break you start the day's wrap-up, HACCP check and order list.
