You lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency in every service. From vibrant restaurant evenings to exclusive events and private dining experiences, you make sure everything runs seamlessly. You're a hands-on leader on the kitchen floor, coaching your team, bringing structure and maintaining the creativity and passion that define our cuisine. You work closely with the Executive Chef to create menus. Together with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Executive Chef, you form the culinary heart of the hotel. You communicate smoothly with the service team and know exactly how to distribute and check orders.
