Responsibilities As chairman, you are the face of Shout and ensure that our association continues to flourish. You work together with the board, maintain external contacts, and contribute to our mission. • Chair board and member meetings • Maintain contact with external organisations, the municipality and local partners • Participate in board meetings of the De Wilde Wereld theatre hall • Hoist the rainbow flag at the town hall on important days Qualifications • Engaged in the LGBTQ+ community (allies are welcome) • Willing to step forward as the face of the association • Strong communication skills and ability to manage a team • Proficient in Dutch and English • Can free up a few hours per month Benefits • A warm and friendly association that appreciates your efforts • The opportunity to contribute to an inclusive community • Space to develop yourself in a supportive environment Shout is the LGBTQ+ association in Wageningen, a place where everyone feels welcome.
