CE driver

As a CE truck driver, you can choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek. Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy working with an open trailer and are willing to spend 2 nights a week away from home. Functieomschrijving: As a truck driver, your workday starts between 05:00 and 06:00 AM, and you are usually back at the yard around 05:00 PM. You will work exclusively on weekdays, meaning that even with a 4-day workweek, you will always have your weekends free. Good to know: you will spend about 2 nights a week sleeping in the truck and operating an open flatbed trailer.What will you be doing? • Transporting concrete, steel, prefab materials, and agricultural machinery. • Ensuring the cargo is correctly stowed, secured, and lashed. • Advising on the correct load securing methods for cargo with non-standard dimensions. • Identifying and reporting any issues regarding the load, equipment, or waiting, loading, and unloading times, and communicating these promptly to the office. • Maintaining customer contact with a service-oriented and friendly attitude. • Strictly complying with all applicable safety regulations and transport laws. • Handling the equipment with care and acting as the ambassador/representative of the company. Functievereisten: For this position, it is important that you: • Hold a valid CE license, Code 95 (CPC), and a digital tachograph card. • Have a good command of either the Dutch or English language. • Are willing to spend an average of two nights per week sleeping overnight in the truck. • Are available to work a minimum of 3 days per week. • Have a proactive attitude and a strong hands-on mentality. Here is what you can expect from us: • A gross hourly wage up to €20.24, depending on your experience. • A permanent contract opportunity: after approximately six months of good performance, you will be hired directly by the company. • Travel and accommodation allowances paid out in accordance with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement (cao). • Flexibility: choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek. • A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer. • Pension scheme accrual starting from your very first working day. • A weekday schedule, leaving your weekends completely free to enjoy.
