Candidates Wanted for the Audit Committee Audit Committee Candidates Wanted for the Audit Committee Dear members, The Haagse Kunstkring is seeking new members for the Audit Committee . The current committee members will no longer be available after their terms end, so we are looking for successors. What does that mean? The Audit Committee reviews the association's financial records, bank statements, and draft annual report at least once a year and reports on them to the General Meeting of Members. The committee consists of three members. Who are we looking for? - members with a certain affinity for association finances; - some understanding of accounting and financial statements (no specialized knowledge required); - willingness to conduct the annual audit and report on it. This feature is reserved exclusively for members of the Haagse Kunstkring ! The election of the new committee is on the agenda for the General Members' Meeting on July 9.
