We are looking for an AI Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of AI agent development for HeadFirst Group's Agentic AI Strike Team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of AI/ML and platform engineers in building and deploying intelligent agents that automate operational workflows across the organization. About the Role You will be part of HeadFirst Group's CPTO organization, working within the Agentic AI Team alongside AI/ML and platform engineers. The team uses a modern AI stack built on Databricks and Mosaic AI, and collaborates closely with the broader Data & AI division and an active AI Council. This is a foundational role-you aren't joining an established AI product team; you're building one. That means real autonomy, real accountability, and a direct link between the decisions you make and the results the business sees. HeadFirst Group has AI leaders at every level of the organization who are actively building with AI. You'll be in good company. Your Impact You are responsible for the AI product backlog and the entire agent lifecycle: discovery, hypothesis validation, agent design, prompt authoring, deployment, evaluation, and post-launch iteration.
