As Business Unit Manager QHSE, you translate strategy into action and ensure that our standards are embedded across the business. In this role, you lead a team of QHSE professionals, support projects throughout their lifecycle and strengthen our culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with project teams, business leaders and international stakeholders, you help ensure that our operations meet the highest industry standards while supporting successful project delivery. Your impact In this role, you will: - Lead and develop a team of QHSE professionals and create an environment where people can grow and succeed - Drive the implementation of QHSE policies, standards and certifications across the business - Support projects throughout tender, preparation, execution and close out to ensure strong QHSE performance - Initiate and lead improvement programmes that enhance safety, quality, environmental performance and business results Your workplace You will work closely with colleagues across projects, business units and international locations.
