Core Responsibilities - Map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state workflows across functions. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements, define process ownership, and align on priorities. - Develop process documentation, including SOPs, policies, process maps, and RACI models. - Define KPIs, implement process controls, and monitor performance to drive measurable improvements. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. - Support change management, training, and adoption for new or updated processes. - Partner with IT and business teams to translate process needs into system requirements and automation opportunities. - Ensure processes meet regulatory, audit, and internal governance standards. Required Skills - Process management: BPMN/process mapping, root-cause analysis, and end-to-end optimization. - Analytics: KPI design, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. - Stakeholder leadership: facilitation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. - Documentation: clear SOPs, workflows, and governance artifacts. - Tools: process mapping and productivity platforms (as applicable).
