Key responsibilities - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. - Produce monthly management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with variance and trend analysis. - Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance packs to support operational and strategic decisions. - Partner with business leaders to evaluate initiatives, pricing, investments, and cost optimization. - Ensure financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Support month-end close activities, accruals, and reconciliations in collaboration with accounting teams. - Improve processes and data quality; automate reporting where possible and document methodologies. - Prepare ad hoc analyses and business cases; communicate findings clearly to non-finance audiences. Required skills and experience - Experience in controlling, FP&A, or management accounting in a complex organization. - Strong financial modeling, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with BI/reporting tools and ERP systems. - Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and performance metrics. - Stakeholder management and business partnering; ability to influence and challenge constructively. - High attention to detail, structured working style, a...
