Focusing on Oracle applications and Cloud ERP solutions, the company is looking for a strong Functional ERP Consultant with excellent Business Consulting experience and process knowledge to join their growing ERP consulting team. As the link between Business and IT, the ERP Business Consultant will work closely with key stakeholders in functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations & Sales to gather functional requirements and translate to best-practice process and system design for the new Cloud ERP solution, and will deliver ERP implementation projects end-to-end. Responsibilities: - Business Consulting and ERP implementation and improvement projects with clients across industry sectors - Interface between Finance and Business stakeholders and IT experts to gather requirements, design and implement Cloud ERP solutions - Identify and deliver best-practice processes for clients across key functional areas, e.g. Finance (GL, AP, AR), O2C, P2P, Supply Chain, Logistics according to experience - Manage the set-up and development of integrations and customisations for ERP as needed Your profile - Business Analyst, ERP Business Consultant or Functional ERP Consultant with 3+ years' experience - Strong business process knowledge, e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain / Logistics, P2P, O2C, Operations, Sales - Prior ERP implementation project experience: e.g. implementations, upgrades, ERP rollouts or deployment of new modules and functionality - ERP systems knowledge e.g. MS Dynamics, D365, NAV / BC, Workday, Netsuite Unit4, Exact, IFS, Infor LN, Infor M3, Oracle Cloud ERP, Peoplesoft or similar - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Type: Permanent employment contract Location: Netherlands, remote with business travel F...
