Your role in our team As a business consultant, you'll work with one of our retail clients, aiding in their digital transformation. You'll translate business issues into clear requirements and play a key role in implementing solutions. This involves close collaboration with product owners and project managers across various areas such as operations, IT, commerce, and marketing. In doing so you not only functionally stand your ground, but you are also no stranger to the technical side and feel comfortable around things like API's, data flows and UML. Alongside your client work, you'll participate in focus groups to foster knowledge sharing and personal development, enriching our collective expertise and reputation. How You Strengthen Our Team - Minimally 3 years of experience in retail and/or retail consultancy - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; - Understanding of programming languages, software architecture and development methods like Agile or scrum - Good writing skills; - Skilled in data analytical tools and techniques like SQL, Python, R - Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - The ability to interpret and create technical documentation like system designs, specification documents and manuals - Demonstrate a good sense of thoroughness, attention to detail and care; - Passion for digital transformation across the complete value chain - Highly or...
