For one of our international clients, we are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager with specific expertise in Bulgarian payroll. In this role, you'll dive fully into Bulgarian labor law and payroll regulations, ensuring the implementation project runs smoothly and error-free. With your knowledge of Msoft STIL Payroll Software and fluent command of the Bulgarian language, you know exactly where the challenges lie and how to solve them. Your role as Payroll Implementation Manager As Payroll Implementation Manager, you'll be the go-to person for everything related to the Bulgarian payroll implementation. You combine in-depth knowledge of local labor law with technical expertise in Msoft STIL Payroll Software. You work closely with international colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring the implementation project runs on schedule and stays compliant. Thanks to your fluency in Bulgarian, you can effortlessly move between local and international parties. You're the driving force behind a successful and efficient implementation. Your responsibilities In this role, your work includes: • You lead the implementation of payroll and/or HR/payroll processes in Bulgaria; • You ensure correct application of Bulgarian labor law and payroll regulations; • You work with Msoft STIL Payroll Software to correctly set up and implement the system; • You act as the point of contact for local and international stakeholders throughout the project; • You identify bottlenecks during implementation and ensure timely solutions; • You monitor the progress and quality of the entire implementation project. Your qualities You're a driven and independent professional with: • In-depth knowledge of Msoft STIL Payroll Software; • Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor law and payroll regulations; • Fluent command of the Bulgarian language, both spoken and written; • Experience leading payroll or HR/payroll implementation projects; • Excellent communication skills to navigate between local and international parties; • Independence and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
