Do you have a few hours to spare each month? > Then become a buddy for someone with a (mental) vulnerability! From the Buddy Project of Stichting Kernkracht, we connect buddies to participants to develop a nice contact with each other from which both can draw positive energy. You decide for yourself / with the participant how you will fill in the visits together. For one person, this is a cup of coffee with a listening ear, for another playing a game or taking a walk together. You decide for yourself how often (for example 1x per week for 1-2 hours) and how long you will see each other. We ask of you: - an open attitude, that you can listen well to others and are patient. - can enjoy making others happy. - that you are available for approximately 4 hours per month. - interest in people who experience a vulnerability. We offer: - a special experience and wonderful encounters. - satisfaction and meaning, being there for others. - a nice team and available support. - be part of an organization with a heart for people. We are active in the Midden-Holland area (municipalities Gouda, Waddinxveen, Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, Krimpen aan de IJssel and Zuidplas) and in addition to the buddy project we also offer other support and projects.
